Description
Dr Paul Lam has worked with thousand of instructors and students toward an ideal Tai Chi program for beginners. He and his team have come up with a fun, easy to remember six step program that still contains the essence of Tai Chi. It is safe and suitable for anyone to improve health, relaxation and fitness.
The 90 minute video starts with a brief introduction to Tai Chi, followed by a series of unique Tai Chi warm up, cooling down and Qigong exercises. This then leads to a set of Foundational Movements and finally the Beginner's Forms.
The 60 page handbook is designed to use with the instructional video and will make learning easier. Containing approx 120 pictures, information on Tai Chi, and instruction on the movements, it is a valuable tool for beginners.
The 38 minute music CD contains beautiful and relaxing music correlating to the four major styles of Tai Chi. Dr. Lam worked with composer Jenny Lu to create music specially designed to enhance Tai Chi practice and performance.
The 23 inch by 33 inch wall chart outlines the 1-2-3 Warm Up and Cool Down Exercises. Dr. Lam has included photos and descriptions to create a useful, easy reference resource.
