Volume One is a complete upper body program, begins with reflexology for the hands and face, then guides you through special movements and breathing that conditions the arms, neck, and back while effectively increasing circulation, flexibility, and strength.
Volume Two guides you through a full series of movements that not only stretch, strengthen, and tone the legs and lower body, but also provide much needed bone stimulation necessary for regaining and maintaining bone strength as we grow older.
RMT is an innovative blend of the most effective and time-honored methods of body movement and conditioning especially suited for seniors. No equpiment or special clothing is needed, it's easier to learn than Tai Chi or Yoga, and provides many of the same benifits.
The slow, primarily circular, easy-to-learn movements of RMT, combined with the gentle rocking and natural breathing, help people regain and increase circulation, flexibility, muscle, and bone strength.
