Register and save time! By creating an account, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders from your account, maintain a wishlist and much more. From your account dashboard you also have the ability to update your account information and view a snapshot of your recent account activity.

If you are not already a member of the American Senior Fitness Association (SFA), you may apply for FREE Basic Membership during registration. You will immediately receive a 10% discount on all purchases at the Mature Fitness Shoppe as well as SFA's twice-monthly e-newsletter, Experience!
Lost Password
If you lose or forget your password, we are unable to directly recover it. Passwords are encripted prior to storage in our database. This means that no one at the Mature Fitness Shoppe has the ability to access your password or log in to your account.
You can, however, reset your account to use a new temporary password if needed by clicking here. A new password will be emailed to you. Once you have used your new temporary password to log in, you may change it again from your account information page, and we highly recommend that you do so.
Order Status
If you were registered when you placed your order, you may check the status of your order online by logging into your account. You may also contact us directly by email or telephone (our number is below) to receive an update on the status of your order.
Shipment Tracking
If you registered before placing your order, you may track your shipments by logging into your account and viewing your orders.
Our Return Policy
You may return any new, unopened items purchased from the Mature Fitness Shoppe within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (we shipped an incorrect or defective item). Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for items that have been used or returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery.
If you wish to return any merchandise, please contact Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be placed on the outside of the shipping container; our shipping department cannot accept returns that do not have an RMA# clearly visible. Merchandise should be returned in the original shipping container with the original packaging materials.
