Description
This classic exercise video presents a routine designed by Ann Jewel and Adela Anderson for use by middle-aged and senior fitness seekers. Anderson is Jewel's personal trainer, and was instrumental in helping the 71-year-old regain her strength and flexibility after a back injury.
Together they took the name "Anadela" and devised an exercise program, which has been endorsed by health professionals. It is comprised of warm-ups, aerobics, strengthening exercises, and a cooldown. The video was shot in Florida with students ranging from their mid-forties through their eighties.
This video expresses the importance of an individual keeping active as one grows older. It illustrates no matter what your age there are ways of keeping your body fit with the correct exercise which results in feeling and looking better, but most of all lets your whole being perform at its maximum. Great way to get the body moving.
